1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CheapShoutcast.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2 Service Description

CheapShoutcast provides VPS hosting, cloud hosting, streaming services, and related infrastructure solutions. Services are provided "as is" with a 99.9% uptime guarantee as detailed in our Service Level Agreement.

3 Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring all account information remains current and accurate

4 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Illegal content distribution or storage
• Spam, phishing, or malicious activities
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
• Activities that compromise server security or stability
• DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Adult content hosting (unless specifically authorized)

5 Payment Terms

All services must be paid in advance according to the billing cycle selected (monthly, quarterly, or annually). We accept payment via PayPal and USDT cryptocurrency.

• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Automatic renewal can be disabled in your customer portal

6 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on monthly VPS and cloud hosting plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial service activation.

7 Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime on all hosting services. In the event we fail to meet this guarantee:

• 99.0% - 99.8% uptime: 5% service credit
• 95.0% - 98.9% uptime: 10% service credit
• Below 95.0% uptime: 25% service credit

Planned maintenance and circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) are excluded from SLA calculations. Service credits must be requested within 7 days of the incident.

8 Data Security & Backups

While we implement industry-standard security measures, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We provide optional backup services but do not guarantee data recovery.

We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of the Service.

9 Termination

Either party may terminate service with appropriate notice:

• You may cancel at any time through your customer portal
• We may terminate immediately for Terms of Service violations
• We may terminate with 30 days notice for business reasons
• Upon termination, access to services and data will be revoked
• You have 7 days to retrieve your data after termination

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheapShoutcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on CheapShoutcast.com are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload to our servers.

By using our Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international and local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
